Holiday by Atria (Louisville, Ky.) is renovating the River’s Edge independent living community, in Savannah, Ga., according to the website savannahbusinessjournal.com.
The project will modernize the community’s common areas including the game lounge, atrium, and dining room, as well as expand the fitness room.
Residential units will also be renovated with new lighting and luxury vinyl tile flooring; kitchenettes with new cabinets, sinks, and counters; and upgraded bathrooms.
Expected to be completed by 2024, the project will also add audio/visual capabilities in all common areas, exterior enhancements, and energy-efficient lighting.
