IntegraCare (Wexford, Pa.) and private equity real estate investment firm Weathervane Capital Partners (Key Largo, Fla.) are adding The Residence at Carlisle in Carlisle, Pa., according to the website pennlive.com.
The two-story, 80,000-square-foot senior living community will include 60 assisted living units and 18 memory care units.
The general contractor for the project is Harrisburg, Pa.-based Triple Crown Corporation, according to the website abc27.com.
The community is slated to open in early 2025.
