Owner, developer, and operator Experience Senior Living (Denver) and developer Hoffman and Associates (Washington, D.C.) are planning The Reserve at Falls Church in Falls Church, Va., according to the website fcnp.com.
The new senior living community will be situated on 10 acres as part of a mixed-use, transit-oriented development.
The 15-story The Reserve at Falls Church will feature more than 200 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.
