Owner/developer FilBen Group (Rye Brook, N.Y.) and equity partner RSF Partners (Dallas) have completed the structural system and building enclosure, or “envelope,” for the $54 million Braemar at Montebello senior living community in Montebello, N.Y.
Situated on 6.2 acres, the 133,675-square-foot luxury community will offer assisted living and memory care units.
Amenities will include a 1,200 square-foot pub and game room, café, business lounge, general store, arts and crafts room, family lounge with adjacent kids’ room, salon, coffee shop, fitness center, and commercial kitchen. Outdoor amenities will comprise a pergola, gazebo, raised planting beds, and walking paths.
The four-level community will feature a Victorian aesthetic and is slated for completion in 2024.
The project team includes H2M Architects + Engineers (designer; Melville, N.Y.), McAlpine Contracting (contractor, New York), Booker Engineering (site engineer; Monroe, Wash.), Robert G. Torgersen LA (landscape designer; Nanuet, N.Y.), Fellenzer Engineering LLP (MEP; Middletown, N.Y.), and Mulhern+Kulp Residential Structural Engineering (structural engineer; Philadelphia).
