Contractor Pison Management LLC (Charleston, W. Va.) is planning Liberty Village, a new affordable senior housing community in Charleston, according to the website wowktv.com.
The community will be housed in a historic former YWCA building and designed to historical specifications.
Liberty Village will include 48 one- and two-bedroom units.
