National Church Residences (Bexley, Ohio) is planning to build Brookwood Point, a 55+ independent living community in Bexley, according to the website myfox28columbus.com.
The senior living community will include one- and two-bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens, in-unit laundry, and private outdoor areas.
Residents will have access to a fitness center, arts and crafts studio, library, and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
The project team includes architect Berardi (Columbus, Ohio) and general contractor Elford Inc. (Columbus).
