Cogir Senior Living (Sacramento, Calif.) announced the opening of Acoya Shea, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Scottsdale, Ariz., according to the website citysuntimes.com.
The 147-unit senior living community offers a variety of resident amenity spaces including various dining options, an art room, community room, salon, fitness center, theater, and telemedicine room for virtual medical appointments.
Outside, residents can access a courtyard, resort-style swimming pool, and outdoor fireplace.
The project team includes builder, developer, designer, and real estate manager Ryan Companies US Inc. (Minneapolis).
