Williamsburg Landing To Expand Footprint In Virginia

The senior living community is adding 39 independent living units, a community center, and artist studios.

Williamsburg Landing, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), is planning an expansion project on its campus in Williamsburg, Va., according to the website wydaily.com.

The project will add a 39-unit independent living neighborhood called Anchor Cove. The units will range from 1,680 to 2,400 square feet.

New amenities include a community center with a 300-seat resident community theater and studio space for artists and musicians.

Construction is slated to begin in November, with a targeted occupancy date of fall 2024.

The project team includes Guernsey-Tingle (architect; Williamsburg) and WM Jordan (general contractor; Newport News, Va).
