Two Holiday by Atria independent senior living communities, Chateau McKinney in McKinney, Texas, and Parkview in Allen, Allen, Texas, are each receiving $2 million in renovations, according to the website communityimpact.com.
The updates will include social spaces as well as add an expanded fitness room, exterior enhancements, and energy-efficient lighting.
Renovations are also being planned for the game lounge, living room and library, atrium, dining room, and salon.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
