Developer WPH Holdings LLC (Los Angeles) and nonprofit Las Palmas Housing (Encinitas, Calif.) celebrated the grand opening of Washington View Apartments, an affordable senior living community, in Los Angeles.
The senior living community includes 122 units, including 94 one-bedroom units, 26 studios, and two two-bedroom homes.
Of the units, 91 are reserved for formerly unhoused residents.
The community also includes support services, three recreation rooms, and a courtyard.
