Housing authority Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (Sacramento, Calif.), nonprofit Itasker Hollins Community Economic Development Corporation (Sacramento), and affordable housing developer Related California (Irvine, Calif.) are partnering to deliver a new 62+ affordable senior living community in Sacramento, according to sacobserver.com.
The three-story community will house 36 one-bedroom units and seven studio units.
Twelve of the 43 units will be designated for formerly homeless seniors.
