MPH Partners (Irving, Texas) is planning The Luxe at Lewisville, an independent living community in Lewisville, Texas, according to the website bizjournals.com.
The $20 million, 158,000-square-foot community will include 148 residential units.
The four-story project is slated for completion in 2025.
