Sunrise Senior Living (McLean, Va.) opened Sunrise of Vienna, a new assisted living and memory care community in Vienna, Va., according to the website tysonsreporter.com.
Housed in a former 1970s-era office building, the 82,000-square-foot, four-story community includes 50 assisted living units and 35 memory care units.
Residents have access to a bistro, entertainment room, activity room, common and private dining rooms, rooftop garden, and beauty salon.
The community’s leased retail space houses a café that’s open to residents, families, and the public.
The project team comprises Rust Orling Architecture (architect; Alexandria, Va.) and Forrester Construction (construction; North Bethesda, Md.).
