Operator Holiday by Atria (Winter Park, Fla.) is renovating its Longmont Regent senior living community as part of a $2 million project in Longmont, Colo., according to the website longmontleader.com.
As part of the project, the senior living community will upgrade several amenities spaces, including the fitness room, game lounge, living room, atrium, dining room, and salon.
Upgrades to the community are also planned, including the addition of audio/visual capabilities in common areas and energy-efficient lighting.
Additionally, residential units will be modernized with new lighting and luxury vinyl tile flooring; kitchenettes with new cabinets, sinks and granite counters; and upgraded bathrooms with new vanities, faucets, and accessories.
