Nonprofit developer EveryAge is planning the BellaAge Hickory, an mid-market, independent living community in Hickory, N.C., according to the website hickoryrecord.com.
The five-story, 95-unit community will include a demonstration kitchen, library, fitness space, and mailroom.
David E. Looper & Co. (Hickory) is the general contractor on the project.
Completion is expected in spring 2025.
