Colonie Senior Services Centers, a nonprofit focused on proving senior programming and services, broke ground on King Thiel II Senior Community, an affordable 55+ independent living community in Latham, N.Y., according to the website spotlightnews.com.
The 125,629-square-foot senior living community will comprise 99 residential units, including one- and two-bedroom options.
The independent living community is slated to open in spring 2024.
WCGS Architects (Albany, N.Y) will serve as the project architect.
