Enriched Senior Living (Kyle, Texas) is planning to open The Haven at San Gabriel, a luxury assisted living and memory care community in Leander, Texas, according to the website finance.yahoo.com.
Situated on 5 acres, the one-story, 65,000-square-foot community will house 50 assisted living units and 20 memory care units. The units will feature private bathrooms and walk-in closets.
Amenity spaces will include a theater, saloon, library, wellness/therapy room, salon, and landscaped gardens.
The Gan Group (Spring Branch, Texas) was the developer on the project.
