The Residence at Fitz Farm, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in York, Pa., is preparing to celebrate a grand opening.
Operator IntegraCare (Wexford, Pa.) and real estate development and advisory firm Avenue Development (Indianapolis) partnered on the senior living project.
Situated on 16.5-acres, the four-story project includes 130 residential units offered in one- and two-bedroom models.
The 124,000-square-foot community also has a theater, hair salon, library, card room, bistro and physical fitness and therapy areas.
