Nonprofit provider Hebrew SeniorLife (Boston) is planning a new 62+ independent living community at Center Communities of Brookline in Brookline, Mass., according to the website patch.com.
The 54-unit community is slated to open in early 2025.
The community will be designed using Passive House standards for quality, comfort, and energy efficiency.
