Momentum Senior Living (Irvine, Calif.) and developer Harbert South Bay Partners (Dallas) are planning a new senior living community, called The James, in Irvine.
Situated on 3 acres, the community will house 350 residential units including 210 for independent living, 110 for assisted living, and 30 for memory care.
Plans call for courtyards with outdoor gathering spaces and landscaped gardens, walking paths, and a koi pond.
