Legacy Living, Ally Development Partnering On $29.5M Senior Living Community In Ohio

The community will comprise 65 assisted living units and 29 memory care residential units, as well as 30 townhomes.

Legacy Living LLC (Indianapolis) and Ally Development Company (Louisville, K.Y.) are planning a $29.5 million independent living and memory care community in Defiance, Ohio, according to the website crescent-news.com.

The project will include 65 assisted living units and 29 memory care units, as well as 30 one and two-bedroom townhomes with attached garages, porches, and walking paths.

Residents will have access to multiple dining areas, a bar, activity room, beauty and barber salon, library, chapel, game room, and fitness center.

Construction is slated to begin this summer and the community is expected to open in summer 2024.
