Vita Investment Holdings LLC (Indianapolis) is planning Vita of New Whiteland, a new affordable independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in New Whiteland, Ind., according to the website dailyjournal.net.
A four-story building will house 112 assisted living units in studio and one- and two-bedroom options.
Plans also call for 130 55+ independent living units, as well as a one-story memory care building.
