Real estate developer Felicity Property Company (New Orleans) and Liberty Healthcare Management (Wilmington, N.C.) have renovated a former 168-year-old historic courthouse into The Carrollton senior living community in New Orleans, according to the website nola.com.
The $30 million community is designed in a Greek Revival style.
The Carrollton comprises 73 assisted living units and 20 memory care units, ranging in size from 500-800 square feet. Amenities include restaurant-style dining, a bar and bistro, and private dining room.
