Dolan Creek Senior Housing is preparing to open this spring in Sturgis, S.D., according to the website bhpioneer.com.
The new community will include 36 independent living units and 14 assisted living units, ranging in size from one-bedroom to two-bedroom options, as well as a fitness center. The independent living units will be furnished with a full kitchen and walk-out deck.
EmpRes Healthcare (Vancouver, Wash.), which provides management consulting and other services to skilled nursing homes and assisted living communities is project’s owner and Gustafson Builders (Rapid City, S.D.) is the construction firm on the project.
