Westmont Living (La Jolla, Calif.) is slated to open Westmont Carmel Valley in Carmel Valley, Calif., by the end of 2023, according to the website delmartimes.net.
The 134,437-square-foot community will have 101 assisted living units and 17 memory care units. The plan also includes 12 single-story duplex casitas for independent living residents.
Inside the community, residents will have access to a dining area, activity rooms, theater/chapel, fitness room, and salon. Outdoor amenities will include a dining patio, scenic overlooks, internal walking trails, and connection to an off-site regional trail.
Urbal Architecture (Portland, Ore.) is the architecture firm on the project.
