Charter Senior Living (Naperville, Ill.) is planning to open 55+ Calumet Trace in Owensboro, Ky., this spring, according to the website owensborotimes.com.
The three-story community will have independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.
Residents will have access to a community kitchen with restaurant-style dining, bistro, courtyard, library, fitness center, craft and hobby rooms, salon, chapel, and on-site therapy.
