Atria Senior Living (Louisville, Ky.) and real estate developer Related Companies (New York, N.Y.) opened Coterie Hudson Yards in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards in New York.
The luxury independent living, assisted living, and memory care community comprises 126 units including studio, one-, and two-bedroom options. The independent and assisted living units include large floor plans, full kitchens with quartzite countertops, and energy-efficient appliances. Unit bathrooms feature heated mosaic-tile flooring, smart toilets, and custom bathroom vanities with large medicine storage cabinets.
Amenity spaces include a multiple dining areas, lounges, a bakery, private healthcare facilities, fitness center, yoga studio, salon, library, theater, activities room, and sky terrace.
The project team includes Handel Architects (architect; New York) and March and White Design (interior designer; New York).
