Watermark Retirement Communities (Tucson, Ariz.) and developer Oppidan Investment Co. (Excelsior, Minn.) are planning The Hacienda Mission San Luis Rey in Oceanside, Calif.
The senior living community will include 103 independent living units, 86 assisted living units, and 24 memory care units.
Residents will have access to a salon and spa, fitness center, resort-style pool, library, four restaurants, movie theater, game room, and virtual reality lounge.
The project is slated to open in fall 2023.
