Two 55+ senior living communities, Winfrey Estates and Tomball Senior Village, are planned in Tomball, Texas, according to the website communityimpact.com.
Houston-based Roc Homes is building Winfrey Estates, which will include 113 residential units, a clubhouse, pool, walking trails, and bocce ball and pickleball courts. Construction is expected to begin in February.
Tomball Senior Village will be delivered by Texas Inter-Faith Housing (Houston) and will include 59 units. It is scheduled to be completed by the fall.
