Real estate investment and development company United Properties (Minneapolis) is rebranding Watercrest Naples and Watercrest Sarasota in Naples, Fla., and Sarasota, Fla., respectively, to become Amira Choice.
The communities will receive new logos and signage.
Additionally, United Properties is transferring operations of the communities to Ebenezer Management Services (Minneapolis). United Properties will retain ownership of each community.
