Philadelphia Plans Affordable Senior Living Community In City’s Chinatown

The 12-story community will house 51 residential units in the city’s Chinatown neighborhood.

A $23 million affordable senior living community is being planned for Philadelphia’s Chinatown neighborhood by developer Pennrose (Philadelphia), neighborhood advocacy group Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corp. (Philadelphia), and the city Redevelopment Authority, according to the website inquirer.com.

The 12-story, 51-unit community will include a mix of studio and one- and two-bedroom options.

Residents will have access to a community room and a large courtyard.
