The two-story St. Johnland assisted living community has opened in Kings Park, N.Y., with 80 residential units and 100 beds.
The 68,000-square-foot community is adjacent to the St. Johnland Nursing Center on a 100-acre complex.
Amenities include a wellness suite, large lobby with library, full-service kitchen, dining room with access to exterior courtyards, and resident laundry rooms.
The project team includes KDA Architects (designer; Cherry Hill, N.J.) and EW Howell Construction Group (builder; Plainview, N.Y.).
