IntegraCare (Wexford, Pa.) and private equity real estate firm Weathervane Capital Partners (Key Largo, Fla.) are planning two new senior living communities. The Residence at Village Greens will open in Sink Spring, Pa., and The Residence at Boyertown is planned for Boyertown, Pa., according to the website mychesco.com.
The three-story The Residence at Village Greens will comprise 131 units, including 60 independent living units, 51 assisted living units, and 20 memory care units. The 130,000-square-foot project is slated to break ground in November 2022 and open in December 2023.
Construction on The Residence at Boyertown is scheduled to begin in March 2023, with an expected opening date in May 2024. The three-story, 124,000-square-foot community will house 125 units, including 55 independent living units, 50 assisted living units, and 20 memory care units.
Triple Crown Corporation (Harrisburg, Pa.) will serve as general contractor on both projects.
