The Blake at Chenal Valley will house assisted living, memory care, and independent living cottages.
The 55+ independent living cottages will include custom art and framed photographs of local and regional landmarks. Spacious floor plans, natural interior lighting, color selections, and furniture pieces will balance warmth and charm to establish home.
Residents will have access to an exclusive 24-hour clubhouse that offers a gathering place to enjoy a variety of activities as well as customized wellness programs, on-site physical therapy, a movie room, and salon.
