The three-story Lynwood Senior Apartments, a new 62+ affordable senior living community, is being built in Denver’s Virginia Village neighborhood, according to an article in milehighcre.com.
The project will house 62 residential units with well-appointed kitchens, bathrooms, and walk-in closets. Amenities will include an exercise room, outdoor patio, community room, and on-site supportive services provided by Eaton Senior Communities (Lakewood, Colo.).
The project team includes Lewis Himes Associates (Littleton, Colo.) and Brinkman Construction (general contractor; Denver).
The community is scheduled for completion by the end of 2022.
