Sunscape Daytona Beach Holds Ribbon-cutting Ceremony

The 85-unit community includes assisted living and memory care.

Operator Solvere Living (St. Petersburg, Fla.) celebrated the opening of its new assisted living and memory care community in Daytona Beach, Fla., according to an article in The Daytona Beach News-Journal.

The $25 million, 85-unit Sunscape Daytona Beach houses 65 assisted living units in studio, one-, or two-bedroom options and 20 memory care units, including private or semiprivate studios and one-bedroom and  deluxe one-bedroom models.

A variety of resort-style amenities are featured such as a movie theater, fitness center, bistro and coffee bar, salon and spa, library, and game room, as well as outdoor gardens and a walking path.
