Resthaven To Construct 60+ Senior Living Community In Michigan

Resthaven (Holland, Mich.) is planning a new $72.5 million 60+ senior living community in Holland, according to an article in mlive.com.

Situated on 39 acres, The Farmstead community will include 128 units, including 80 single family apartments, 24 home residences, and 24 assisted living options. The units will be designed to be ADA accessible and feature no steps or raised parts in the floor.

Planned amenities include dining facilities, a fitness center, clubhouse, activity rooms, multipurpose rooms, common living areas, and parking.

Construction on the project is expected to begin this summer.
