The $75 million, 55+ independent living community offers a variety of residential units, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and den-style/two-bedroom options, with verandas, quartz countertops, fireplaces, individual climate control, and walk-in closets.
Amenities spaces include a billiards room, theater, bistro, library, salon and spa, fitness center, and courtyard.
