Ascent Living Communities (Centennial, Colo.) opened a new senior living community in Denver, according to an article in milehighcre.com.
The 320,000-square-foot Hilltop Reserve includes 124 independent living units, 56 assisted living units, and 25 memory care units.
Amenities include a two-tiered courtyard with water feature, fire pits, and seating, as well as a range of dining options, a gym, aquatics center, and yoga studio.
The project team comprises HCM Architects (architect; Minneapolis), StudioSix5 Design (interior designer; Austin), Catamount Constructors (general contractor; Lakewood, Colo.), and DAE Group (construction consultant; Centennial).
