The 97,000-square-foot community includes 75 assisted living units and 27 memory care units.
Residents have access to a bistro, fitness and wellness center, beauty salon, library, art studio, and theater.
Another Varenita assisted living and memory care community is scheduled to open in April in Westlake Village, Calif.
