OneStreet Residential (Sandy Springs, Ga.) plans to break ground on a new 55+ active adult community in Jonesboro, Ark., according to an article in news-daily.com.
Situated on 6.7 acres, Hearthside Jonesboro will include one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a community room, bistro, fitness center, and community garden.
It is slated to be completed in mid-2023.
