Legacy Senior Living Turns Existing Property Into Luxury Community

Legacy Senior Living (Cleveland, Tenn.) has renovated the former The Gardens Retirement Community into a new luxury assisted living and memory community in Madison, Wis., according to an article in nbc15.com.

The 85,000-square-foot, 10-story Renaissance Senior Living of Hilldale includes 92 units, with 64 designated for assisted living and 28 for memory care.

Residents will have access to a full-service bistro, media rooms, underground parking, and a room on the 10th floor that overlooks the State Capitol and Lake Mendota.

The community is scheduled to open in early 2022.
