Pegasus Senior Living (Dallas) is upgrading Pegasus Evergreen Place, an assisted living and memory care community in Brockport, N.Y.
The $2.4 million project will upgrade the exterior, including new windows, fascia/soffits, fences/gates, exterior kitchen, and landscaping. Additionally, the activity room, community room, salon, staff break room, common area rest rooms, and café will be renovated with new flooring, paint, and an upgraded commercial kitchen.
A new roof, resident air conditioning units, and an 8-ton supplemental cooling system are also planned.
The project team includes MCG Architecture (architect; Cleveland) and South Coast Improvement Company (design-build general contractor; Marion, Mass.).
The project is scheduled for completion in spring 2022.
