$51M Brightview Port Jefferson Community Planned For New York

The 184,000-square-foot project will include independent living, assisted living, and memory care units and resort-style amenities.

Brightview Senior Living (Baltimore) is planning a $51 million independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Port Jefferson Station, N.Y., according to an article in Patch.

The 184,000-square-foot Brightview Port Jefferson will include 94 independent living, 50 assisted living, and 26 memory care units. Residents will have access to a pub, multiple dining venues, movie theater, activity rooms, library, salon, fitness center, and outdoor porches and patios with seating and fire pit.

The project team includes Market Square Architects (architect; Portsmouth, N.H.).
