Anthology Senior Living (Denver) is planning a new assisted living and memory care community in Austin, Texas
The 128,000-square-foot, five-story Anthology of Austin will include 130 units with studio and one- and two-bedroom options.
A salon, multiple dining rooms, fitness center, discovery room, theater, clubhouse, and bar/bistro are planned.
The project team includes Oz Architecture (design; Denver) and Cadence McShane Construction Company (construction; Addison, Texas).
It’s slated for completion in spring 2023.
