Clarendale Clayton, a new luxury independent living, assisted living, and memory care community, is planned to open in Clayton, Mo., in October.
The $121 million, 13-story community will include 281 units, including 195 independent living units with one-, two-, and three-bedrooms options; 66 assisted living units; and 20 memory care units.
Amenities will include a salon/spa and fitness center.
The project team includes Ryan Companies (construction; Kansas City, Mo.).
