$75M Senior Living Community Planned For Florida

America Walks, a $75 million, 60-acre gated senior living community, is planned for Port St. Lucie, Fla., according to an article in Commercial Observer.

The 727,550-square-foot community will have 400 residential units.

Amenities will include a two-story clubhouse with a restaurant, exercise facility, sports bar, and salon. A pickleball court, outdoor dining facility, pool, spa, and walking and biking trails are also planned.

The project team includes Origin Construction (Miami, Fla.)

Completion is slated for third quarter 2023.
