Operator Merrill Gardens (Seattle) is planning to open a new 62+ luxury senior living community in Doylestown, Pa., according to an article in Courier Times.
The Mercer Hill at Doylestown will include a full-service restaurant, private dining room, café/bistro, movie theater, fitness center, game room, general store, full-service salon, library, post office, doctor’s office, outdoor terrace and fireplace, and pub within an indoor Main Street-inspired design.
Expected to open in November, the community will include 164 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units.
