National developer and investor Confluent Senior Living (Denver) and regional senior living development and management company Harbor Retirement Associates (HRA; Vero Beach, Fla.) broke ground on a new assisted living and memory care community in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
The 106,698-square-foot, three-story project will include 80 assisted living units and 28 memory care units.
Residents will have access to multiple restaurants, outdoor firepits, bar/lounge with sunroom, club room, classrooms and activity room, fitness and wellness center, and barber and beauty salon.
The project team includes RDL Architects (architect, Shaker Heights), The Douglas Company (general contractor; Holland, Ohio), and Mannik Smith Group (civil engineer; Shaker Heights).
It is slated to open in late 2022.
