Real estate firm Great Lakes Management Company (Plymouth, Minn.) and owner United Properties (Minneapolis) have opened a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Bloomington, Minn., according to an article in hometownsource.com.
The four-story Cherrywood Pointe includes 82 independent living and assisted living units and 24 memory care units.
Amenities include multiple dining and common areas, a fitness and yoga center, arts and crafts room, library, community gardens, and underground parking.
